Size: The i model is lighter than the A model, weighing in at only 95 grams with the dimensions of 110 x 60 x 11.5 mm. The 88 has the same dimensions but weighs less, at 127 grams.

Memory: Both of these phones allow for expandable memory, but while the A88 holds up to 2GB, the i9 can hold much more. Most of the time, the CECT i9’s have 4GB, but I have seen models holding as much as 8GB.

Price: Generally speaking, the i9 cost a bit more as it is a newer release, whereas the A88 is almost always under $150.

So, Which Is Better? Which of these phones are better for you is going to depend greatly on what you are looking for in a phone. Obviously, if you want or need a quad band iPhone clone that contains Java, you’ll probably want to opt for the i9.
